Back at It! 🔥 Round 2 - 6 week routine.

Reflection week is done, and now it’s time to level up for the next 6-week plan! 💪 Today was Lower Body Day, and as I ease into this next round, I increased weights but dropped a rep rotation to adjust and progress.

 

Here’s how today’s workout went:

🏋️ Sumo Squat: 2 sets of 12 reps (35 lbs)

🔥 Hip Thrust: 2 sets of 12 reps (40 lbs)

💥 Leg Extensions: 2 sets of 10-12 reps (50 lbs)

⚡ Leg Curls: 2 sets of 10-12 reps (50 lbs)

🏆 Goblet Squat: 2 sets of 12 reps (35 lbs)

🔥 Single Leg Deadlift: 2 sets of 12 reps (40 lbs)

 

This next round is all about pushing my limits, staying consistent, and making progress each week! Who else is setting new goals and getting back to it?
