Today followed the usual rhythm of sunrise grounding, light exposure, and staying consistent, but with a bit of a twist when it came to meals. I switched things up from the usual line-up, and the variety definitely hit the spot!

Breakfast 🌿🍽️

  • Turkey Sausage (150g)

  • Spring Greens (90g)

  • L. Reuteri Yogurt (1/2 cup, 120g)

  • Macros: 27g Protein | 9g Carbs | 24g Fat

  • Ground Beef (170g)

  • Sweet Potato (144g)

  • Avocado (88g)

  • Cottage Cheese (100g)

  • Hot Honey (1 tsp, 7g)

  • Macros: 59.3g Protein | 42.3g Carbs | 51.5g Fat

Dinner πŸ—πŸ₯”

  • Chicken Thigh (170g)

  • Fried Potato (100g)

  • Macros: 45g Protein | 35g Carbs | 29g Fat

  • Equip Protein Shake (1 scoop, 25g)

  • Strawberries (178g)

  • Macros: 21g Protein | 14g Carbs | 2g Fat

Even with the small changes in the food lineup, the structure of the day stayed on point. This is the beauty of metabolic flexibility—keeping your body fueled, satisfied, and supported without getting stuck in a rut. Swapping ingredients while staying aligned with circadian eating keeps both body and mind engaged.

And the best part? Even with the adjusted macros, I stepped on the scale this morning and I’m officially down 1.9 lbs! A great reminder that consistency, nourishment, and aligned living create real, sustainable shifts.
