
Daily Diary: May 21 – Day 1 of the Better Than Yesterday Challenge 🔥💪
Today was a typical day, but with an extra layer of intentionality—because it’s officially Day 1 of the Better Than Yesterday Summer Challenge! ☀️
I started the day off strong with 30 minutes of weighted vest walking to meet my movement goal and prime my body and mind for the day ahead. The extra intention this morning set the tone, and everything else fell into place beautifully.
