Tonight’s Dungeon Workout was all about that cardio burn—keeping the heart rate up and staying consistent with movement. Some days, simplicity is key, and tonight was all about getting in an effective session without overcomplicating things.

 

The Workout Breakdown:

 Elliptical 🚴‍♀️🔥

- 20 minutes at Resistance Level 2

- Focused on maintaining steady movement while keeping the effort level moderate to build endurance.

 

Treadmill 🏃‍♀️

- 10 minutes steady-paced walk

- A great cooldown to keep the legs moving and gradually bring the heart rate down.

 

Why This Combo Works 💪🔥

- Low-Impact, High Burn: The elliptical provides a full-body, low-impact workout, making it great for protecting joints while still torching calories.

- Steady-State Endurance: Pairing it with a treadmill walk ensures the session stays well-rounded, improving stamina and overall cardiovascular health.
