Tonight’s dungeon workout was all about balance, strength, and endurance. Here’s what I accomplished:
Warm-Up 💧
- Walk: 2.5 mph @ 0% incline for 5 minutes
A solid warm-up to get the body moving and ready for action.
The Workout: Full-Body Burn 💪🔥
- Goblet Squat: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (25 lbs)
- Curtsy Lunge: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (5 lb dumbbells per hand, 10 lbs total)
- Tricep Dip: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (Body weight 😉)
- Chest Fly: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (10 lb dumbbells)
- Bench Press: 5 reps (55 lbs total)
This session had me feeling the burn in all the right places. Yes, my legs were sore from yesterday, but pushing through made the workout even more rewarding. 💪
Final Thoughts:
There’s nothing like showing up, sticking to the plan, and walking away stronger than before. Each workout is a step forward in the journey to strength and endurance.
