
Phew... what a crazy few days.
Somehow, we blinked and poof—it's already April. So if you’re like me and wondering where the last few days disappeared to, you’re not alone. Let's catch up, shall we?
A Quick Recap of Life Lately...
While my routine has been pretty consistent (because let’s be honest—structure keeps me sane), the pace has been a little more than full throttle. Here's a little glimpse into the chaos and calm:

π Lots of BNC meetings were hosted—so grateful for my community showing up and staying engaged!

π§ Thursday SKW meeting = done and dusted. Love our deep convos around mindset and wellness.

π₯ I had numerous 1:1 coaching sessions (you all are seriously crushing it). I even opened up my Saturday morning—which I rarely do because weekends are usually family time and errand central.
But we made it work. After my Saturday sessions, my husband and I headed into town to help some friends clean up their yard from the recent storm. (Yes, Coach Becky can shovel branches in boots like a champ.)
After that? We earned a relaxed afternoon.
Sunday Prep & State FFA Sendoff
Sunday was all about getting life back in order. My daughter and I ran errands to prep her for her State FFA trip—which kicked off today! Proud mom moment. π₯²π
I also got my meal plan locked and plan loaded for the week so I could grab what I needed.
Monday = Back to the Groove
As usual, my alarm-free body woke up right at 6:15 am, and I rolled into my normal routine:
βοΈ Morning light, π₯ breakfast, π΄ meal prepping.
Here's what’s on the menu this week:
π₯ 3 Days: Chicken thighs + green beans + okra
π€ 2 Days: Shrimp with a blend of Brussels sprouts, broccoli slaw, root veggies or butternut squash
Keeping it simple, nutrient-dense, and seasonal.
