Sherri, a dynamic and resilient 50+ warrior, brings a unique perspective to the blog. She has faced type 2 diabetes and significant weight challenges head-on, proving that transformation is possible at any stage of life. Her commitment to health and wellness is rooted in personal experience and a determination to overcome obstacles through education, empowerment, and sustainable habits.
