Sprint PR & Treadmill Death 🏃‍♀️🔥

Tonight’s Dungeon Workout was death by treadmill 😵‍💫 but totally worth it! I pushed myself hard to hit a new personal record (PR), and guess what? I did it!

The Workout Breakdown:

Sprint Intervals 🏃‍♀️🔥

  • 30 seconds sprint at 7.5 mph
  • 30 seconds recovery walk at 3.2 mph
  • Total time: 11:46 minutes 
  • Distance: 1 mile
  • Goal is sub 8min

The Achievement 🎉💥

It was brutal, but I pushed through and improved my time by 3 minutes and 17 seconds! Seeing that kind of progress makes every drop of sweat and every burning muscle 100% worth it.
