Strength and Endurance Workout

Dungeon Date Workout: Strength and Endurance Edition 🏋️‍♀️ 💪

 

Welcome back to the dungeon gym! Today’s workout was all about pushing limits with strength and endurance. Here’s how it all went down:

 

Cardio: Speed and Incline Splits 🚀

I kicked things off with an intense treadmill session designed to get my heart pumping and build endurance:

- 3 mph @ 4% incline alternating every 2 minutes with 4 mph @ 2% incline for a total of 20 minutes.

 

Strength Training: Pulled Weighted Work 💪

After cardio, it was time to focus on upper body strength with some pulled weighted exercises. I completed:

- Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 2 sets of 15 reps at 40 lbs

- Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 2 sets of 15 reps at 40 lbs

- Tricep Extension: 2 sets of 15 reps at 40 lbs

 

Final Thoughts:

Feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished after this session! It’s amazing how combining cardio and strength training can leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle the rest of the day. Remember, every workout is a step closer to your goals.
