1PM Date with the Dungeon 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Today’s 1PM date with the dungeon was all about getting that lower body work in since yesterday was cut short! Here’s what went down:

 

Warm-Up 🚶‍♀️

- 5-minute walk to get things moving and prepare for the workout ahead.

 

Strength Training 🔥

- Sumo Squat: 3 sets of 12 reps (25 lbs)to get things moving and prepare for the workout ahead.

 

- Hip Thrust: 3 sets of 12 reps (55 lbs)

- Romanian Deadlift: 3 sets of 12 reps (55 lbs)

- Glute Bridge: 3 sets of 12 reps (body weight)

- Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (60 lbs)

- Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (60 lbs)

 

Cardio Finisher 🚴‍♀️🔥

- Elliptical: Alternated 2 minutes resistance / 1-minute rest x3

 

Cool-Down 💨

- 5 minutes on the treadmill to wrap up and bring the heart rate down.

 

Post-Workout Thoughts:

Legs are shaking but feeling strong after this one! Lower body days always hit differently, but today’s session felt more manageable than the last lower body day—progress is happening! It’s rewarding to see endurance and strength improving each session, proving that consistency pays off.
